Trial disclaimer

A full working trial

This is a complete Courier Connex system for your company, not a demo with the important parts locked. The point of the trial is to run real work: add clients and addresses, create orders, dispatch to a driver, complete a delivery, and present an invoice. If you never do that, you have not seen the product.

What you get

• Your own trial system, set up with your company name, address, taxes, and services.
• The same operational screens used in production: accounts, address book, orders, map dispatch, drivers, and invoicing.
• One administrator login, sent to the email you provide. App ID for the Courier Connex mobile apps is issued with the trial.
• Use of the features in this build for the trial period (typically 30 days).

What we start you with

• System catalogs are copied (services, settings, taxes, menus, and similar setup). We do not copy another courier’s clients, address books, orders, invoices, or drivers.
• You add your own clients, addresses, drivers, and orders so you can walk the full cycle yourself.

Duration and limits

• The trial window is typically 30 days and may be shortened, extended, or ended at our discretion.
• One trial per email address. Abuse, scraping, or resale of the trial is not allowed.
• We may suspend a trial that interferes with other systems or violates these terms.
• This is not a production hosting agreement and is not a substitute for a paid subscription. There is no guaranteed uptime, support SLA, or backup. After the trial you need a commercial agreement to keep using Courier Connex.

Your data

Use the trial as you would a live desk: clients, stops, dispatches, proofs of delivery, and invoices. Anything you enter may be deleted when the trial ends. If you must keep records, export or copy them before the window closes. Do not treat the trial as your only copy of regulated or production archives.

Liability

The trial is provided as-is. Courier Connex is not liable for lost data, lost business, or decisions made from trial results. Features can change without notice.
